Verify the given parameters against a provided scope.The supported scopes are:
ComponentVerifierExtension.Scope.PARAMETERS: to validate that all the mandatory options are provided and syntactically correct.ComponentVerifierExtension.Scope.CONNECTIVITY: to validate that the given options (i.e. credentials, addresses) are correct.
