extends org.springframework.context.ApplicationEvent

Heartbeat Event that a Parent ApplicationContext can send to a child Context. Useful, for example, when config server is located via DiscoveryClient, in which case the HeartbeatEvent that triggers this event is fired in the parent (bootstrap) context.
