Creates a ProjectConvertor.Result.

Parameters:

lookup - the transient Project Lookup which may contain additional project services. The ProjectInformation is added automatically but can be overridden by a custom implementation in this lookup

projectFactory - the factory method converting a folder into Project

displayName - the Project display name may be null

icon - the Project icon may be null
