Deprecated Methods

Method	Description
com.atlassian.plugin.Plugin.isSystemPlugin()	since 2.6.0 use PluginMetadataManager.isSystemProvided(Plugin)} instead.
com.atlassian.plugin.Plugin.setSystemPlugin(boolean)	since 2.6.0 provide PluginMetadataManager with information about the plugin instead. There is no way to programatically set this value now.
com.atlassian.plugin.PluginAccessor.getActiveModuleDescriptorsByClass(Class<D>)	in 5.0 for removal in 6.0 when ScopeManager is removed. Use PluginAccessor.getEnabledModuleDescriptorsByClass(Class) instead.
