Creates a new SCIM resource instance from a SCIMObjectfor the specified resource descriptor.

Parameters:

resourceDescriptor - The resource descriptor for the SCIM resource instance.

scimObject - The SCIMObject containing all the SCIM attributes and their values.

Returns:

A new SCIM resource instance.
