      java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name

      Получение типа по строковому значению типа.

      Значение null может прийти из справочника без типа. Такой справочник считается справочником с типом "По умолчанию". Обычный valueOf(java.lang.String) не подходит, т.к. кидает исключение.

      value - Строковое значение
      Returns:
      Тип справочника
